1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DISPATCHED?
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, and takes between 7-15 business days to be delivered. Please allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods. Because of the inventory issues in the domestic warehouse, we are currently dispatching our products from an overseas warehouse until we resolve the issue.
2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, and takes between 7-15 business days to be delivered. Please allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods. During rush days, please estimate extra 3-4 business days more than usual.
3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
5 working days after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier’s details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.

5. CAN I GET DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?
